MEDIA MONITORING FEES
No team required to start. A single dedicated analyst is the most common first engagement for PR agencies and advocacy organisations.
SINGLE ANALYST BASED PRICING
$900–$2,000/month Full-time, dedicated to your account.
Daily or weekly reports in your format. Managed by SKEPICK. No platform commissions. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
TEAM-BASED PRICING (all-inclusive)
2-person starter team: $1,800 – $4,000 USD/month
5-person team: $4,500 – $10,000 USD/month
10-person team: $9,000 – $20,000 USD/month
15-person team: $13,500 – $30,000 USD/month
All-inclusive means:
Analyst salaries, management fee, QC oversight, report delivery, and monthly performance reporting are all covered in the above rates.
REPORT-BASED PRICING (without a dedicated team)
Daily media monitoring report: $400 – $900/month
Weekly executive summary: $200 – $450/month
Monthly comprehensive report: $500 – $1,000/month
Ad hoc reports (per report): $250 – $500
VOLUME DISCOUNTS 10+ person teams: 5% – 10% discount

GST applicable on all India billing.
VOLUME RATES (Standard CC/SDH)
Under 50 hours: ₹120 – ₹140 per minute
50 – 250 hours: ₹105 – ₹120 per minute
250 – 750 hours: ₹90 – ₹105 per minute
750 – 1,500 hours: ₹80 – ₹90 per minute
1,500+ hours: from ₹75 per minute
₹75 per minute is our committed-volume rate, available at 1,500 hours and above with an agreed batch delivery schedule. Volume rates are already reflected in the ranges above; no further discount is applied on top of floor pricing.
Rates quoted in INR are exclusive of GST. USD rates carry no additional tax, which is why the two are closer than the headline figures suggest.
Committed-volume rates require an agreed batch delivery schedule. This keeps production and payment moving together and is what makes the rate sustainable at scale.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN FEES
The following are not included in any of the above fees and will be billed or paid separately:
- Team salaries (GCC clients pay directly)
- Government filing fees and stamp duty (for GCC clients)
- Third-party software licenses required by the client, if any
- Travel costs if client site visits required
- One-time recruitment costs if external placement agencies are used (rare)
All exclusions are clearly listed in your written proposal before work begins.

PAYMENT TERMS
International clients:
- Monthly invoice in USD
- Payment within 15 days
- Wire transfer or bank transfer (SWIFT/Wise) accepted
- Wise (TransferWise) also accepted
All new clients:
- First engagement is milestone-based.
- Regular clients move to standard terms after 90 days
All pricing is indicative. Final pricing confirmed in writing before any work begins. No surprises.
India-based clients:
- Monthly invoice in INR plus GST.
- Standard terms 30 to 45 days from invoice date, in line with Indian media industry practice.
- Faster payment cycles are available at preferential rates, and volume commitments can be structured against a batch delivery schedule.

HOW PAYMENT WORKS — SIMPLE BY DESIGN
Our rates are lower than the market not because we cut corners, but because of how we operate. Every file is produced through a managed pipeline and then reviewed end to end by a human before delivery. The operating model is what holds the rate down, not the quality bar.
You receive one clean monthly invoice in USD.
We pay your dedicated team locally in India in Indian Rupees — handling payroll processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS), and all local banking compliance on your behalf.
This means:

— No RBI compliance complexity on your side

GCC SETUP & MANAGEMENT FEES

ONGOING MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE
12% – 20% of total monthly team payroll

Operations oversight and SLA tracking
Direct access for all queries
Office space (if facilitated by SKEPICK):
