Monthly comprehensive report: $500 – $1,000/month
Ad hoc reports (per report): $250 – $500

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN FEES
The following are not included in any of the above fees and will be billed or paid separately:
- Team salaries (GCC clients pay directly)
- Government filing fees and stamp duty (for GCC clients)
- Third-party software licenses required by the client, if any
- Travel costs if client site visits required
- One-time recruitment costs if external placement agencies are used (rare)
All exclusions are clearly listed in your written proposal before work begins.

PAYMENT TERMS
International clients:
- Monthly invoice in USD
- Payment within 15 days
- Wire transfer or bank transfer (SWIFT/Wise) accepted
- Wise (TransferWise) also accepted
All new clients:
- First month advance payment required
- Regular clients move to standard terms after 90 days
All pricing is indicative. Final pricing confirmed in writing before any work begins. No surprises.
India-based clients: Monthly invoice in INR plus GST Payment within 15 days NEFT/RTGS or UPI accepted

HOW PAYMENT WORKS — SIMPLE BY DESIGN
You receive one clean monthly invoice in USD.
We pay your dedicated team locally in India in Indian Rupees — handling payroll processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS), and all local banking compliance on your behalf.
This means:

GCC SETUP & MANAGEMENT FEES
ONE-TIME SETUP COSTS (₹ Indian Rupees)

CA and compliance setup: $1,200 – $2,400 USD
Legal agreements and documentation: $600 – $1,800 USD
IT infrastructure (per 10 workstations): $6,000 – $9,600 USD

ONGOING MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE
12% – 20% of total monthly team payroll
What the management fee covers:
HR and payroll processing
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, GST)
CA monthly retainer and filings
Monthly management reporting
Operations oversight and SLA tracking
Direct access for all queries
Office space (if facilitated by SKEPICK):
