openly because transparency is not just something
we say — it is how we operate. Every rate below
is what we charge real clients. Final pricing
is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

GCC SETUP & MANAGEMENT FEES
One-time entity setup: $3000 – $8000 (Incorporation, CA, GST, legal agreements)
Office space (if facilitated): $0.75 – $1.25/sq ft/month (Hyderabad Grade A or managed office)
Management fee (ongoing): 20-25% of monthly infra & payroll (infra, HR, payroll, compliance, reporting, operations oversight)
EXAMPLE — 10-person team Average monthly Cost $10000 (infra + ctc)
Management fee at 20%: $2000/month
Total monthly cost to you: approx $12000/month
(Team salaries paid directly or via SKEPICK payroll)

MEDIA MONITORING FEES
TEAM-BASED PRICING (all-inclusive)
2-person starter team: $3,600 – $5,000 USD/month
5-person team: $9,000 – $12,500 USD/month
10-person team: $18,000 – $25,000 USD/month
15-person team: $27,000 – $37,500 USD/month
All-inclusive means:
Analyst salaries, management fee, QC oversight, report delivery, and monthly performance reporting are all covered in the above rates.
REPORT-BASED PRICING (without a dedicated team)
Daily media monitoring report: $800 – $1,500/month
Weekly executive summary: $400 – $800/month
Monthly comprehensive report: $600 – $1,200/month
Ad hoc reports (per report): $200 – $500
VOLUME DISCOUNTS 10+ person teams: 5% – 10% discount
Annual commitment: Additional 5% discount

CLOSED CAPTIONING & LOCALIZATION FEES
Standard CC / SDH: $1.50 – $4.50 per minute
Transcription: $1.50 – $2.50 per minute
Translation + Subtitling: $3.00 – $6.00 per minute
Rush (same day): Standard rate + 50%
QC review only: $0.50 – $1.50 per minute
VOLUME RATES (USD per minute)
Under 100 min/month: Standard rates above
100 – 500 min/month: 5% – 10% discount
500 – 1,000 min/month: 10% – 15% discount
1,000+ min/month: Negotiated rate

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN FEES
The following are not included in any of the above fees and will be billed or paid separately:
- Team salaries (GCC clients pay directly)
- Government filing fees and stamp duty (for GCC clients)
- Third-party software licenses required by the client, if any
- Travel costs if client site visits required
- One-time recruitment costs if external placement agencies are used (rare)
All exclusions are clearly listed in your written proposal before work begins.

PAYMENT TERMS
International clients:
- Monthly invoice in USD
- Payment within 15 days
- Wire transfer or PayPal accepted
All new clients:
- First month advance payment required
- Regular clients move to standard terms after 90 days
All pricing is indicative. Final pricing confirmed in writing before any work begins. No surprises.
