STEP 2 — WRITTEN PROPOSAL

Week 1

 

Within 48 hours of your call, we send a written proposal covering:

- Scope of services

- Team structure and roles

- Indicative cost breakdown

- Timeline with milestones

- Payment terms

You review, ask questions, negotiate if needed. We agree in writing before anything starts.

STEP 3 — AGREEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT

Week 1–2

 

Service agreement signed. For GCC clients, CA firm engaged for entity incorporation. For Media Monitoring and Closed Captioning clients, team onboarding begins immediately.

STEP 4 — SETUP AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Weeks 2–6

 

GCC clients: Entity registration via SPICe+ (MCA), PAN, TAN, GST, EPFO, ESIC. Office space confirmed and IT infrastructure installed. Media

 

Monitoring clients: Analyst team shortlisted, interviewed, and onboarded. Report templates aligned to your format. Test delivery for your sign-off.

 

Closed Captioning clients: Team assigned, style guide agreed, first files processed and submitted for feedback before full volume begins.

STEP 5 — HIRING AND ONBOARDING

Weeks 4–10

Candidates screened, shortlisted, and presented to you. You conduct final interviews. Offer letters issued, employment contracts signed, equipment deployed.

STEP 6 — GO LIVE

Weeks 8–12

 

First deliverables produced. Weekly reporting begins. Any calibration done in the first two weeks based on your feedback.

STEP 7 — ONGOING MANAGEMENT

Month 3 Onwards

 

Monthly management reports covering:

- Delivery performance and SLA adherence

- Team attendance and productivity

- Compliance status (CA filings, statutory)

- Issues, risks, and recommendations

 

Regular calls at a frequency agreed with you. Direct access at all times for urgent matters.
