Entity registration and infrastructure
Week 2–6
Entity via SPICe+ (MCA), PAN, TAN, GST, EPFO, ESIC. Office space confirmed and IT infrastructure deployed.

Hiring and onboarding
Week 4–10
Candidates screened, shortlisted, and presented. You conduct final interviews. Offer letters issued, employment contracts signed, equipment deployed.
