Entity registration and infrastructure

Week 2–6

Entity via SPICe+ (MCA), PAN, TAN, GST, EPFO, ESIC. Office space confirmed and IT infrastructure deployed.

Hiring and onboarding

Week 4–10

Candidates screened, shortlisted, and presented. You conduct final interviews. Offer letters issued, employment contracts signed, equipment deployed.

Go live

Week 8–12

First deliverables produced. Weekly reporting begins. Calibration in the first two weeks based on your feedback.

Ongoing management

Month 3 onwards

Monthly reports: delivery performance, SLA adherence, attendance, compliance status, risks, and recommendations. Direct access at all times.
