For a single-hire EOR engagement, typically 2–14 days from the date of signed agreement. Day 1–2: proposal and agreement. Day 3–7: candidate shortlisting and your approval. Your hours — or as close to them as practically possible given the India time zone. For US-based clients, this typically means an overlap of 4–6 hours during the US morning (which is India evening). For UK clients, the overlap is more natural. For Australian clients, the IST timezone aligns well with AEST/AEDT mornings. Specific working hours are confirmed in the written proposal before engagement begins.

The standard first engagement is a 90-day paid pilot with a 30-day exit clause built in. This means you can exit with 30 days' written notice at any point during or after the pilot — no penalties, no lock-in fees. After the 90-day pilot, if you want to continue, engagement moves to a rolling monthly arrangement with the same 30-day notice period.
